As the shooting of the film progressed, the team faced various challenges, especially while filming at the historic Kunder Durg in Madhya Pradesh. Dev shares that climbing 200 to 250 steps daily at the fortress was no mean feat. The actors and actresses encountered their own difficulties, but the crew members, dealing with heavy equipment, had an even more arduous task. Despite the challenges, the dedication of the entire team, combined with the director’s vision and the cinematographer’s expertise.

The ‘Byomkesh O Durgorohosyo’ trailer has set the stage for a thrilling detective drama that promises to captivate the audience with its intriguing plot and stellar performances. As the release date approaches, fans are eagerly counting down the days to witness Byomkesh’s latest adventure unfold on the silver screen.

Scheduled to hit the cinemas on August 11, the movie boasts an impressive cast led by Dev, the Tollywood superstar, in the role of Byomkesh. Rukmini Maitra delivers a stellar performance as Satyabati, while Ambarish Bhattacharyya portrays Ajit with finesse.

During the trailer launch event, Dev also addressed the critics and skeptics, stating, “From the very beginning, I was afraid of portraying Byomkesh. I knew that no matter how much effort I put in, there will always be criticism about my portrayal of the iconic character. However, even though it was challenging, nothing is impossible. Whether good or bad, I have tried to portray Byomkesh in my own way.”
