Neha Dhupia Graces The Times of India’s Twin Business Events in Kolkata

The Times of India successfully organised the 6th edition of Times Brand Icons, West Bengal 2025 along with the 5th edition of Times Real Estate Review, West Bengal 2025 at Taj Taal Kutir, New Town, Kolkata. Indian actress and model Neha Dhupia attended the event as the Chief Guest.

The programme brought together business owners, real estate developers, service providers, retail brands, hospitality units, healthcare organisations, education groups, and technology enterprises from across West Bengal.

Times Brand Icons Highlights

The Times Brand Icons segment recognised leading brands in multiple market categories. The evaluation process included:

  • Operational performance

  • Customer experience and service delivery

  • Market presence and category expansion

  • Consumer interaction and digital visibility

Each participating brand received recognition under its respective segment based on ongoing performance and data analysed through The Times of India’s assessment format.

Times Real Estate Review Focus

The Times Real Estate Review honoured organisations engaged in:

  • Residential and commercial development

  • Plotted and industrial projects

  • Redevelopment and infrastructure initiatives

The review process covered site inspections, project documentation, delivery records, customer interactions, regulatory compliance, and investment footprint. Real estate developers from Kolkata, North 24 Parganas, South 24 Parganas, Howrah, and neighbouring suburban areas were acknowledged for their excellence in the sector.
