Pan-India star Yash, best known for the 'KGF' series, is reportedly exploring his next project after the mixed reception to his recent film 'Toxic'. The film, which took roughly five years to complete, left audiences disappointed, increasing interest in what the actor will do next.
Recent social media reports and trade chatter suggest that Yash has put on hold another project he had planned with director Geetu Mohandas. Industry sources say the actor is now keen to complete and release a new film within a year.
Initial plans reportedly saw Yash considering Telugu directors, but those options were said to be unavailable due to their busy schedules. Latest reports indicate he has held discussions with Kannada director Hemanth M. Rao.
Hemanth, who earned distinct recognition for his work on 'Sapta Sagaralu', is said to have narrated a story that appealed to Yash. Sources claim story development is currently underway and that the project could be finalised soon if talks progress.
Neither Yash’s team nor the directors involved have issued an official statement confirming these reports. Until an announcement is made, the developments remain speculative.
