Annapurna Swadisht Limited, one of Eastern India’s fastest-growing FMCG companies, has appointed former Indian cricket captain Sourav Ganguly as its National Brand Ambassador. The announcement was made at a glittering press conference held at The Park Hotel, Kolkata, hosted by popular radio personality RJ Praveen.
The event was attended by prominent members of the media, trade partners, and the company’s leadership team, marking a defining moment in Annapurna’s journey from a regional favorite to a national player.
Speaking on the association, Mr. Shreeram Bagla, Director, Annapurna Swadisht Limited, said:

The event featured a lively podcast-style conversation between RJ Praveen and Ganguly, a felicitation ceremony by Annapurna’s directors, and a media interaction. The highlight of the evening came when Ganguly stepped behind the Annapurna Experience Counter to prepare signature snacks using the brand’s products — much to the delight of the audience.
Annapurna Swadisht has rapidly expanded its portfolio to include Western and Traditional Snacks, Instant Noodles, Potato Chips, Bakery, and Confectionery. Today, the brand reaches over 1.5 lakh villages and towns through a network of 850+ distributors, achieving a revenue of ₹407 crore in FY25, a 54% year-on-year growth.
With Sourav Ganguly as the face of the brand, Annapurna aims to strengthen its national presence while staying true to its promise of “Taste and Trust.”
