Once a symbol of the city’s identity, Kolkata’s classic yellow Ambassador taxis had faded due to legal and environmental shifts. The new fleet—bright yellow WagonRs powered by eco-friendly CNG—revives this legacy, offering enhanced fuel efficiency, comfort, and safety while preserving the iconic look.
Mr. Ramesh Chandra Agarwal, MD of Premier Car World, noted,
