The Doughman’s magic lies in their dough. The chimneys are an Indian twist on the street food of Prague, a European city. The concept is a QSR model blending which means Grab and Go food which one can enjoy on the move. For the savoury lovers, they have chimneys ranging from Mexican flavours to the very own Desi twists. European dishes with Indian flavour will be on offer along with deserts and ice creams.
The Doughman is having outlets at Bhawanipore and Salt Lake are the two outlets in Kolkata and two more at Hungerford Street and Sector V are in process. Four more outlets in Mumbai and one in Surat will be opened shortly. All across the country The Doughman is having 20 outlets.
In the last three years Fern Residency has 63 properties in 42 cities all across the country and now targeting to have 100 properties in India.
