PRESS INTERACTION WITH CAST OF BOLLYWOOD DIARIES

KOLKATA, February 21 : RAIMA SEN, ASHISH VIDYARTHI and debutante SALIM DIWAN, the renowned cast of upcoming film BOLLYWOOD DIARIES met up with the members of the press at PLUSH LOUNGE & BAR, THE ASTOR HOTEL, Shakespeare Sarani, on Sunday February 21.

Speaking at the event actress Raima Sen said “Satyam’s approach to the script was very realistic. His way is not conventional neither does he sensationalise the film in any manner.”

Veteran actor Ashish Vidyarthi said, “We know the name of big actors and stars, but this story is about those people who have come from little places to make it big. We want to express something of the real life. This film is about the extent people are ready to go to realise their dreams.” As the veterac actor put it, it is a film about everyman.

As for Debutant actor Salim Diwan, the film is all about the realisation of dreams. Speaking about it, he started off by asking a simple question. “How important are dreams? They are very important. It is important to dream and dream big. And who ever has seen a dream would like to watch Bollywood Diaries.”



The film, directed by KD Satyam and produced by Sattar Diwan will release on February 26

BOLLYWOOD DIARIES is an upcoming Indian drama film, written and directed by K.D. Satyam and featuring RAIMA SEN, SALIM DIWAN and ASHISH VIDYARTHI in title roles along with Karuna Pandey and Vineet Kumar Singh in supporting roles. The movie is a tribute to aspiring actors and is releasing on February 26, 2016. The plot encompasses a guy working at a call-center in Delhi, a middle-aged government servant from Bhilai and a prostitute from Sonagachi Kolkata. With their sheer passion and perseverance, they bend over backwards to carve their name in Bollywood. Abiding by the saying, "Live your dream", they go beyond their conventional life. But, will their efforts lead them to their ultimate goal?
